These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VoxHook App, legal webpages, backend services, AI generation features, subscriptions, credits, support, and content reporting features. By using VoxHook, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Content Policy, AI Voice and Likeness Consent Terms, Subscription and Credits Rules, and other rules displayed in the App.

- “User Content” means any text, image, likeness, voice, audio, video, script, prompt, settings, feedback, or other content that you upload, input, record, generate, save, download, share, or submit to VoxHook.
- “Input” means User Content you provide for generation; “Output” means scripts, audio, videos, thumbnails, or other results generated by the Service from Input.
- “Digital Avatar” means a virtual likeness, avatar, or voice combination created from images, likeness, voice samples, or other materials for video generation.

2. Account, Eligibility, and Security
- You must use a real, valid, and reachable email address or third-party login method to create an account.
- You must be old enough under the laws of your location to use the Service and agree to these Terms. Users under the age of majority should use the Service only with parent or guardian consent and supervision.
- You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You may not rent, sell, transfer, share, or assign your account, or bypass identity, regional, quota, credit, subscription, risk-control, or security restrictions.
- If you use VoxHook on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms and authorize processing of relevant materials for that organization.
3. Service Features and Limits
VoxHook is a mobile AI video creation tool. It may provide:
- Idea, recording, or material input and script generation for short-video platforms.
- Photo upload or capture, voice sample recording, and reusable digital avatar creation.
- TTS and voice cloning to create talking audio.
- Video provider workflows, including RunningHub, to combine images and audio into lip-sync talking videos.
- Generation progress, preview, download, saving to album, content reporting, and account deletion features in the App.
The first version does not provide web-based creation or web payments. Web pages are limited to download entry points, legal policies, account deletion instructions, and limited status display.
4. User Content and Processing License
You retain the rights you lawfully hold in your User Content. To provide, maintain, protect, and improve the Service and comply with legal obligations, you grant VoxHook and necessary service providers a worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable, royalty-free license to:
- Store, upload, download, transcode, compress, encrypt, sign, back up, and delete User Content.
- Perform speech recognition, script generation, translation, TTS, voice cloning, image processing, video generation, and content safety processing.
- Transmit necessary materials to RunningHub, Supabase, TTS providers, LLM providers, app stores, and other service providers.
- Display, play, download, troubleshoot, handle reports, process infringement claims, conduct security audits, and comply with law.
This license is limited to purposes related to the Service, compliance, safety, and support. Unless you consent, we will not sell your private materials to third parties.
5. Your Representations and Warranties
You represent, warrant, and covenant that:
- You have all rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations required to upload, process, synthesize, generate, download, publish, and commercially use User Content.
- Your person images, likeness, voice, name, image, trademarks, music, materials, or private information do not infringe any third-party rights.
- If materials involve another person, you have obtained that person’s express, valid, and provable authorization; if a minor is involved, you have obtained lawful authorization from the minor’s parent or guardian.
- You will not falsify consent, impersonate others, mislead viewers, create false endorsements, commit fraud, or evade third-party platform review.
- You will not upload unlawful, high-risk, unauthorized, confidential, export-controlled, or cloud-AI-unsuitable content.
6. Likeness, Voice, and Digital Avatar Rules
Because VoxHook processes likeness, voice, and AI-synthesized video, you must follow higher consent and transparency standards:
- Do not create or use unauthorized real-person digital avatars, voice clones, or lip-sync videos.
- Do not generate non-consensual nudity, sexualized, harassing, humiliating, extortionate, fraudulent, or personality-rights-infringing content.
- Do not impersonate public figures, political figures, doctors, lawyers, financial advisors, government personnel, brand representatives, or other identities to mislead users.
- Do not generate content involving child exploitation, child safety risks, self-harm encouragement, violent harm, fraud, illegal transactions, or hateful harassment.
- When generated content may cause viewers to believe it is a real person, real recording, or real event, you should clearly label it as AI-generated or AI-synthesized.
7. RunningHub and Third-Party Service Limits
VoxHook primarily uses RunningHub as its video generation provider. RunningHub is a cloud AI content creation and ComfyUI workflow platform. VoxHook calls preset workflows via API, submits images and audio to RunningHub, and retrieves task status and outputs.
You understand and agree that:
- RunningHub’s shared GPUs, queues, workflows, models, nodes, account quota, API stability, and third-party networks may affect generation speed, success rate, and output quality.
- RunningHub tasks may queue. 480p / 720p videos may take significant time. VoxHook does not promise real-time generation or fixed completion times.
- RunningHub, underlying models, workflows, nodes, or other providers may reject, fail, time out, go offline, rate-limit, return errors, or produce unusable outputs.
- Your use of VoxHook-generated content must also comply with RunningHub terms, privacy policy, API rules, open-source model licenses, workflow restrictions, and other third-party provider terms.
- For content that violates law, third-party rules, RunningHub requirements, model licenses, or these Terms, we may refuse generation, delete content, suspend features, claw back entitlements, or terminate accounts.
8. AI Outputs, Accuracy, and Responsibility
- AI Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unstable, non-unique, or unsuitable for your publishing, advertising, commercial, or compliance context.
- Generated videos may contain lip-sync errors, facial distortion, voice artifacts, subtitle errors, style drift, duration mismatch, copyright risk, or platform-policy issues.
- You must review generated content before publishing, commercial use, advertising, client delivery, or important decisions, and add AI disclosure labels when required by law or platform rules.
- You are responsible for uploaded materials, generated content, publishing, and any complaints, claims, penalties, takedowns, or legal liabilities arising from them.
- AI Outputs may be similar to outputs generated for other users. VoxHook does not guarantee originality, exclusivity, registrability, or non-infringement.
9. Output Rights
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, your rights in the Input, and payment of applicable fees, VoxHook assigns or licenses to you any rights it may have in the Output to the extent permitted by law. You remain responsible for clearing third-party materials, likeness, voice, trademarks, music, platform rules, and local law.
VoxHook retains all rights in the Service, software, model access, workflows, brand, trademarks, interfaces, documentation, templates, technology, and underlying systems. Except as expressly allowed by these Terms, you may not copy, reverse engineer, sell, rent, transfer, or create derivative services.
10. Prohibited Content and Conduct
In addition to the Content Policy, you may not:
- Generate unlawful, infringing, sexual, hateful, harassing, violent, self-harm, terrorist, child exploitation, scam, malware, political manipulation, or fake official-document content.
- Generate non-consensual deepfakes, unauthorized likeness/voice clones, false endorsements, impersonation, medical/financial/legal misinformation, or deceptive commercial content.
- Attack, scan, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass rate limits, bypass payment, abuse APIs, or interfere with VoxHook, RunningHub, or other provider systems.
- Abuse free quotas, credit packs, refunds, promotions, invitations, account systems, or app store rules.
- Remove, hide, or falsify AI labels, rights notices, safety reminders, watermarks, review prompts, or source disclosures.
- Use VoxHook to train, develop, evaluate, or improve a competing product without our written consent.
11. Moderation, Reporting, and Enforcement
VoxHook may, but is not required to, proactively review all User Content. We may use automated systems, human review, user reports, third-party provider signals, and app store feedback to identify risk.
When we identify risk or receive a report, we may refuse generation, delete content, freeze videos, restrict downloads, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, notify providers or app stores, respond to rights holders, or cooperate with authorities as required by law.
If you believe content infringes your rights or involves unauthorized likeness, voice, privacy, intellectual property, or child safety risks, contact us through the in-app reporting feature or at support@voxhook.com with the content link, account information, proof of rights, and specific reasons.
12. Video Retention and Deletion
VoxHook retains generated videos for playback, download, history, support, and troubleshooting, but generated video files, video segments, and related generated audio are retained for no more than 30 days. After 30 days, VoxHook deletes them or makes them inaccessible. You may also delete videos or your account earlier in the App.
Deleting video files does not mean every related record is immediately deleted. Necessary records related to transactions, credits, fraud prevention, security logs, complaints, legal obligations, backups, or third-party processing may be retained longer. RunningHub and other third-party providers may retain task processing records according to their systems and policies.
13. Subscriptions, Credits, and Payments
VoxHook sells digital services only in the iOS / Android App. Subscriptions are monthly only; annual billing is not supported. Non-subscribed users may buy credit packs without first subscribing to Basic. Credit rules, deductions, refunds, subscription cancellation, and credit packs are described in the Subscription and Credits Rules.
- Purchases, refunds, subscription cancellations, taxes, and payment disputes are handled by App Store or Google Play.
- Deleting your VoxHook account does not automatically cancel Apple or Google subscriptions; you must manage subscriptions in the relevant app store.
- If a refund, chargeback, fraud, platform revocation, or transaction abnormality occurs, we may claw back entitlements, freeze credits, restrict the account, or require payment.
- Credits are not cash, do not accrue interest, and may not be redeemed, transferred, traded, or withdrawn unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
14. Publishing to Third-Party Platforms
You may download generated content and publish it to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Douyin, WeChat, or other platforms, but you must comply with target platform rules, advertising rules, AI disclosure rules, music/likeness/copyright rules, and local law. VoxHook does not guarantee that generated content will pass third-party platform review, recommendation, monetization, or advertising review.
15. Account Deletion, Suspension, and Termination
You may delete your account in the App. See Delete Account. We may also restrict, suspend, or terminate the Service if you violate these Terms, the Content Policy, third-party service restrictions, law, or app store review requirements.
After account termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately. We may delete or restrict access to your content, but may retain records necessary for transactions, tax, fraud prevention, security, disputes, audit, or legal compliance.
16. Service Changes, Availability, and Beta Features
VoxHook depends on cloud storage, app stores, TTS, LLMs, RunningHub, model workflows, task queues, and networks. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features due to maintenance, third-party failures, model removal, queue congestion, cost control, legal compliance, safety risks, or product changes.
New features, experimental features, test models, or preview capabilities may be provided “as is” and may be less stable, slower, or inconsistent in output quality. We do not promise uninterrupted service, successful tasks, or outputs that meet your purpose.
17. Intellectual Property and Feedback
VoxHook’s software, interfaces, brand, trademarks, icons, documentation, technology, workflow orchestration, service architecture, and non-user content are owned by VoxHook or its licensors. You may not remove rights notices or use VoxHook names, marks, pages, APIs, or brand assets without authorization.
If you provide suggestions, feedback, bug reports, or improvement ideas, you agree that we may use them without restriction and without payment or confidentiality obligations, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
18. Disclaimers
VoxHook is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim express or implied warranties regarding continued availability, generation speed, output quality, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, platform review approval, commercial results, or legal compliance outcomes.
You understand that AI generation technology is uncertain. VoxHook does not replace legal, medical, financial, tax, advertising review, copyright review, or other professional advice.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoxHook will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages; loss of profits, goodwill, or data; third-party platform takedowns; account bans; ad rejections; AI output errors; material infringement; unlawful user conduct; or RunningHub or other third-party service failures.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoxHook’s total liability arising from or related to your use of the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid to VoxHook in the 12 months before the dispute arose; if you paid nothing, the cap is USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, and this clause applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
20. Indemnity
If your uploaded materials, generated content, publishing, unauthorized likeness/voice use, breach of these Terms, breach of third-party rules, or infringement of third-party rights causes claims, penalties, losses, expenses, or attorneys’ fees against VoxHook, service providers, partners, employees, or agents, you will indemnify, defend, and hold them harmless to the extent permitted by law.
21. Legal Compliance, Export Controls, and Sanctions
You must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including export controls, sanctions, anti-money laundering, anti-fraud, consumer protection, advertising, intellectual property, privacy, and data protection requirements. You may not use VoxHook in sanctioned regions, for sanctioned parties, or in violation of applicable trade control laws.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms due to product changes, RunningHub or other provider policies, laws, app store review requirements, or business adjustments. Material changes will be notified through the App, webpages, or other reasonable means. Updated Terms become effective on the date shown on the page. Continued use of VoxHook means you accept the updated Terms.
23. Governing Law, Disputes, and Contact
The governing law, venue, and dispute resolution mechanism should be determined based on the VoxHook operator’s location, app store seller entity, and final launch regions. Before launch, VoxHook should ensure that the app store developer name, privacy policy entity, terms entity, support email, and company registration information are consistent.
For terms, reports, account deletion, rights requests, or compliance issues, contact support@voxhook.com. If there is any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions caused by translation, the Chinese version controls to the extent permitted by law.
