AI Voice and Likeness Consent Terms

Before uploading a person's photo, video, or voice sample to VoxHook, you must confirm that you are the subject of the material or that you have obtained clear authorization from the subject and any necessary rights holders.

1. Your Commitments

You have the lawful rights needed to upload the materials and create a digital avatar.
You will not upload another person's likeness, voice, name, trademark, work, or private information without authorization.
You will not upload materials involving minors unless you have valid authorization from a parent or legal guardian.
You will not use a digital avatar to impersonate others, induce transactions, spread misinformation, or evade platform review.

2. How We Use Materials

We use your photos, recordings, voice samples, and scripts to create digital avatars, train or temporarily generate cloned voices, synthesize speech, generate talking videos, provide previews, and troubleshoot issues. When necessary, this data may be sent to third-party AI providers for processing.

3. Deletion and Withdrawal

You may delete your account to request deletion of materials and generated content under the account. Withdrawal of authorization does not affect processing completed before withdrawal, already published content, or financial, security, or legal records that must be retained.

4. Enforcement

If we receive complaints, rights-holder notices, platform feedback, or detect suspected abuse, we may remove content, suspend generation, restrict accounts, preserve evidence, and cooperate with lawful requests.
