Delete Account

You may request deletion of your VoxHook account from inside the VoxHook App or, if you cannot access the App, by contacting us from your registered email address. Account deletion is permanent and may remove or de-identify your profile, uploaded materials, voice samples, digital avatars, generated videos, scripts, and related business data, subject to the retention exceptions described below.

In-App Deletion Path

Open the VoxHook App, go to “My Account” > “Account Security” > “Delete Account,” read the deletion notice, and enter DELETE to confirm. After confirmation, you will be signed out of VoxHook.

Backup Request Method

If you cannot sign in to the App, email support@voxhook.com from your registered email address and state that you are requesting deletion of your VoxHook account. To protect account security, we may ask you to verify your identity, account ownership, or other necessary information before processing the request.

What Will Be Deleted or De-Identified

• Account profile information, nickname, avatar, and login associations.
• User materials, voice samples, digital avatars, generated videos, scripts, and related storage files.
• Business records tied to generation history, drafts, and reusable creative assets, where deletion is technically and legally feasible.
• Cloned voices or voice profiles stored with TTS providers, using available provider deletion interfaces where supported.

Records We May Retain

We may retain the minimum records necessary for transactions, refunds, tax, fraud prevention, security, abuse prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, audit, app store review, or enforcement of our agreements. Retained records will be limited in use and protected according to the VoxHook Privacy Policy.

Generated Video Retention

VoxHook retains generated video files, intermediate videos, and related generated audio for playback, download, support, and failure recovery, but no longer than 30 days. When you delete your account, we will delete or make inaccessible the generated files associated with your account, except where limited retention is necessary for the reasons described above.

Subscription Notice

Deleting your VoxHook account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.

If you have an active subscription, cancel it through your Apple ID or Google Play account before deleting your VoxHook account to avoid future charges by the app store.
