Subscription and Credits Rules

• The first version of VoxHook supports purchases only through iOS and Android in-app purchase. Web payment is not available.
• Subscriptions are monthly only. Annual subscriptions are not supported.
• Users without a subscription may buy credit packs separately and do not need to subscribe to Basic first.
• Pro / Max batch generation is not available in the first version.

Credit Usage

One credit is approximately equal to one second of generated video, and 60 credits are approximately equal to one minute. Final credit usage is rounded up based on output video duration, with a minimum of 5 credits per generation. Tasks that fail or do not produce a final video should not consume final generation credits; the system may first hold estimated credits and settle based on the actual result.

Subscription Credits

Monthly subscriptions grant the corresponding credits and benefits for each billing period. Subscription credits may expire at the end of the current or next billing period, as shown in the App. If you cancel a subscription, you may continue using it until the end of the current billing period, after which subscription credits will no longer be issued.

Credit Packs

Credit packs are one-time purchases of digital credits and may be purchased without a subscription. Credits purchased through in-app purchase do not expire, but if a refund, chargeback, fraud event, or platform-required reversal occurs, we may claw back the corresponding credits or restrict the account.

Refunds and Cancellation

App Store and Google Play purchases, refunds, and subscription cancellations are handled by the corresponding platform. VoxHook cannot cancel an app store subscription for you; manage subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google Play account.
